This month’s featured employee is Richard Wright, who has been with the company for 10 years and has over 33 years of industry experience! Richard is responsible for managing the production and maintenance of the Grey Block Plant in Richmond, Virginia.
“There’s literally nothing that Richard can’t fix,” says Matt Kwarta of Eagle Bay. “He gets it done with a smile and a great attitude. His wealth of knowledge is immeasurable when it comes to the plant.”
When Richard isn’t in the office, he enjoys spending time in his woodworking shop, fixing up small engines. Known as a “mister fix-it” among his neighbors and friends, Richard is always lending a helping hand when it comes to welding needs and other small repair projects. He also enjoys fishing and stays active in his church community. Richard and his wife recently celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary. The couple lives in Richmond with their two daughters, Rebekah and Emma.
