Eagle Bay will replace free of charge any product that fails to perform, provided the installation was done by a contractor certified by ICPI (pavers) or NCMA (retaining
walls.) The guarantee does not apply to material damaged in installation, used in an improper application, subjected to unusual conditions or forces, is not installed according to ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute) standards, or products with efflorescence. Installation cost is the responsibility of the owner. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to naturally occurring variations in sands, cement, and stone used in production.
